2. Hosting and server logs (Cloudflare)
This website is delivered through Cloudflare. When you visit, the provider processes technically necessary data such as your IP address, date and time and the requested page in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare may process data outside the EU; the provider describes the details in its privacy notices.
3. Fonts and images
Fonts and images are stored on our own server. No third-party fonts are loaded.
4. Contact by email and phone
If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details to handle your enquiry and follow-up questions (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). We do not pass them on without your consent.
5. WhatsApp link
The site contains a link that opens WhatsApp. Merely visiting the page transmits no data to WhatsApp. Only when you click the link and send a message does WhatsApp process your data under its own privacy terms.
6. Statistics and advertising (only if enabled)
We currently use no analytics or advertising services. If we enable services such as Google Analytics or Google Ads in future, this will happen only with your consent via the banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). No such scripts are loaded before that. You can withdraw consent at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
7. Storing your cookie choice
We store your choice in the banner in your browser local storage (localStorage) so that the banner does not reappear on every visit. This storage is technically necessary and contains no personal data beyond your decision and its timestamp.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future. You can complain to the Austrian data protection authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
